Dear Colleague,
Fourteen years; so much has changed but RadCase (mostly) stayed the same.
The first year RadCase was released was a stressful time. It was accused of interfering with PACS and was audited several times. I want to acknowledge Dr. Marco Essig as he stood up for me, then a powerless resident. His support made all the difference during that stressful time. It was later cleared; one Agfa employee even complimented me on the quality of the code. Quality is important to me - quality in work, teaching and research. I am glad RadCase was able to contribute to quality and help you over the years.
I do regret that the functionality used, while very important, was only a small part of its total capabilities. That said it had latent success; it created a precedent that DSS gradually came to support -- an acknowledgment that sometimes a few small but well crafted local initiatives make all the difference.

Thank you for all the support!
Appreciatively,
Graham
